I enjoyed the fast pace work environment and the ability to reach and speak to people across different functions. The company culture was very friendly and inclusive. My co-workers were very understanding, always open to suggestions for improvement and helpful.
The most meaningful part of my internship experience was making high level architectural design decisions that would impact the project at an enterprise scale. My team leaders were great mentors and always motivated the team to achieve more. We enjoyed amazing team outings!
I'm always looking for challenging and interesting projects to work on and I definitely found that at Sikka. I learned a lot during my internship- not only about data science, but also about how a fast-paced company works. Sikka provided me with a lot of opportunities- to help the company grow, but also for me to grow professionally.
